1 - So soon we receive your complete au pair application we will start to send it to the families that have your requirements and we will send you all families that are interested in speak with you: (you will receive complette family application: with working hours, exactly duties, pocket money, free days, address, e-mail and telephone...etc, Dear AuPair letter and photo-collage of the family).

2 - You have to answer us if you are or not interested in speak with them.If your answer is positive: Family and you talk about any doubt that can have both parts.

3 - When you decided for a family, and a family for you we will send you Family Agreement and we will send to them Au Pair Agreement signed. Once we have receive family agreement signed you can book your trip (please don’t book your trip before receive family agreement signed from us) and then you have to send us the travel details.

4 - Family will go to collect you to the nearest airport.

5 - Once in Spain, we give to knowledge to the authorities of your country (consulates) your arrival like Au Pair to Spain, being facilitated to them your Passport Number and Name +  Family D.N.I./Passport Number + Family Address + Telephone and length of stay; If your stay is longer than 3 months we give to you and to the family all information and documents that you need to obtain the resident card. PLEASE ASK TO US THE DOCUMENT IF YOU DON´T RECIVE IT IN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IN THE FIRST WEEK TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

6 - We send to you contact details of others au pairs that are in your area.
